12 midnight Walk Begins
2am – 5.30am Saturday morning walk complete
A 10 kilometre (6 mile) sponsored walk for ladies that begins at Midnight.
The circular route beginning from Britannia Stadium, passes through; Longton and Fenton, returning to Britannia Stadium through Heron Cross.
Ladies assemble at the Britannia Stadium to warm up with a fitness instructor at 10pm on Friday night and wearing branded Douglas Macmillan Hospice T-shirts begin the walk at Midnight.
Please note we are unable to supply breakfast but there will be refreshment vans where you can buy your own.
Support along the route includes; volunteer marshalls, toilets, St Johns Ambulance and 2 back up vehicles.
We couldn't do this however without the boys, so if you have a husband, partner, friend, brother, colleague who could support us with their Gift Of Time as a volunteer marshall - Please ask them to get in touch.
