The Stoke-on-Trent Centenary Orchestra Charity Concert (in Celebration of the Stoke-on-Trent Centenary: 1910-2010)

Admission is FREE, but there will be a retiring collection for the Hospice.

Includes compositions by Handel (The Music for the Royal Fireworks),Elgar, Vaughan Williams, Walton, Bliss, Parry, Clarke, and local musician and composer, Vic Carnall (two new pieces, written specially for the occasion).  

Also, the event will feature an exhibition of prize-winning works of art, produced by young people from across the region, in celebration of the Stoke-on-Trent Centenary (1910-2010).
