Dedicate a light on our Christmas tree in memory of someone special…

We would like to invite you to be part of something very special that we organise each year – Light Up a Life.  Would you like to dedicate a light on our Christmas Tree, in the gardens of the Hospice in memory of someone special? 

Many people tell us that this is a welcome opportunity to reflect back on those they have loved and lost, it is comforting to know that a light shines brightly in memory of their loved ones.  Your act of generosity and kindness will help to fund care for others with a life limiting illness.

To take part please complete the form which can be downloaded from this page and return in the post.  We will acknowledge your donation and help you to honour the people you have chosen to remember by:-

• Sending you a special card for each person, bearing their name
• Entering their name in our Book of Memories
• Dedicating a light on the Hospice Christmas tree
