Spring Into Step - with the first Hospice led outdoor event of the season – The Dougie Mac 5k run/walk, April, Wedgwood Estate

Our annual 5k run/walk takes place on Sunday 11th April 2010.  For those of us who like to dash around on a Sunday morn the 5k (3 mile) course is in line with UK athletics standards and will be over in a mere 16 minutes. For the more sedate Hospice Supporter it’s just a lovely easy walk through the lush country estate that is Wedgwood.  The walk will probably take you about 45 minutes to an hour, but you're not bothered about the time you're just enjoying a bright crisp Spring morning with Friends, Family and the Dog!

So give us an hour of you & yours quality time and join us for the 5k run/walk 2009.

Entry Fee: £10 and includes a DMH Branded T shirt. Entry is £15 on the day.
