We would like to invite you to be part of something quite special that we organise each year; Light up a Life. You can dedicate a light on our Christmas tree, in the gardens of the Hospice, in memory of someone special.

The Light up a Life ceremony will be held on Sunday 5th December at 2.30pm at Stoke Minster and is an opportunity for those that take part in this campaign to commemorate their loved ones.

Tickets for the ceremony will be available from mid-September.

Remembering your loved ones
To take part in the campaign please complete and return a Light up a Life form.  These will be available from mid-September.  We will acknowledge your donation and help you to honour the people you choose to remember by:-

• sending you a special card for each person, bearing their name
• entering their name in our Book of Memories
• dedicating a light on the Hospice Christmas tree
