The Staffordshire Newspapers Hospice Golf Challenge will once
again be held at Ingestre Park Golf Club, it will cost £275 per
team including a 2 course meal and coffee. Funds will be raised
in aid of Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Katharine House Hospice,
and St Giles’ Hospice.
Last year over £12,500 was raised!
TEAMS
The teams comprise of four players. They can be all men, all ladies
or mixed. The competition will be played over 18 holes, four b-ball,
Stableford, with players using three-quarters their official handicap.
Maximum allowance for men is 18, for ladies it is 32. The best
two Stableford scores will count on all par fours and par fives,
except the best three should be counted on all par threes and
all four scores will count on the 18th.
SPONSORS
Companies may sponsor a particular hole and set up promotional
signs/banners at a cost of £100 per hole. If entering a team the
charge, including the hole sponsorship will be just £350.
