Dress Up/Dress Down Day

Wear something different for the day and raise money for Douglas Macmillan Hospice

Everyone can get involved whether at work, school or at a social group you attend.

It’s fun and simple to organise.  All you have to do is ask people to wear something different for the day.

On the day you can dress down or maybe dress up, you could even theme your day e.g. shirts and shades, wigs and waistcoats!

You could make a day of it and organise some fund fundraisers to boost the money you raise.

Some ideas – selling cakes at lunchtime, organising a raffle, quiz, bring in your unwanted items and set up a stall.  Or even get your boss to make the tea for the day or even do something sponsored. 

Every penny you raise makes a real difference to the lives of local people facing cancer and other terminal illnesses.
