Work Experience
The Hospice is happy to receives requests from students who may
be currently studying at university or be about to embark upon
a clinical/medical university course. These requests may come
via their school/college or from the individual themselves. The Hospice should not accept request for work experience from
students under the age of 16.
Work experience may be for any length of time up to maximum of
10 days. Work experience may take place across a variety of departments
including the in-patient unit, day care, community teams or medical.
If you are interested in applying for work experience please complete
the request form. Please print out and post your completed forms
to: Lisa Stott , HR Administrator, Douglas Macmillan Hospice,
