If you or someone you care for is receiving, or has recently received care from the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, we would like to hear about your experiences and to receive any suggestions that would help us to make positive changes to our services.

How can you provide us with your views?

Please speak to a member of our nursing staff who, with your permission, will pass your comment on to the appropriate person. Alternatively, if you prefer,

What happens to the information you provide?

All comments and suggestions are sent to the relevant manager. Whilst we can’t always take action based on your comments or suggestions, we will ensure each one is considered.
