Social Work & Bereavment Support

The Social Work & Bereavement Support team of 8 consists of 4 Registered Social Workers and 2 Specialists in bereavement work.

They are supported by a team of experienced volunteers who undertake the majority of the bereavement face to face support work on referral from the Team Leader.

The team deals with all aspects of social support and provided over 2,000 face to face consultations last year.
