How?
Make a Will which includes a gift of any size to the DMH!
If you don’t leave a Will then you can leave chaos behind instead of lasting generosity and any monies you leave can be wasted in legal fees. Making a Will can seem difficult but once you have decided this is what you are going to do you are over the first hurdle and then nothing could be easier.
Particularly take advantage of the annual Dougie Mac Will Week when you can get great help and advice from the Solicitors who support the Hospice by providing a free Will writing service in return for a donation." - Pam Woolliscroft
Each year, the Douglas Macmillan Hospice is supported by local solicitors during Dougie Mac Will Week.
These solicitors very kindly provide advice, support and a free Will writing service to supporters of the Hospice, all they ask is a donation which represents the cost of a basic will.
 We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to all participating solicitors, who can be found by clicking here.
The hospice has to secure over £8million in funding to continue to provide the local people of North Staffordshire and surrounding areas with the care and support they have become accustomed to.
A gift in your will costs you nothing in your lifetime, but every gift in every Will makes a difference to the care we are able to give.
