Douglas Macmillan Hospice has been selected as one of the benefitting charities for the testimonial of former Stoke City defender Andy Wilkinson, which takes place on Monday 16th May (Kickoff at 7:45pm) at the Britannia Stadium.
Andy was forced to retire from football early following a head injury and has selected Dougie Mac as a charity to support as his mum used to work in the Hospice’s Day Therapy Unit.
The match will pit Stoke City Legends managed by current Manager Mark Hughes against a current Stoke City players managed by Andy Wilkinson.
Tickets are now available for the testimonial from the Supporter Hub at the Hospice, all Dougie Mac shops and online at www.number28.org, priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions (under 17’s and over 65’s).
All monies raised from the testimonial will be split between Douglas Macmillan Hospice and the Donna Louise Children’s Hospice.
