The draw for Douglas Macmillan Hospice’s Sunshine Raffle took place yesterday, with the winner having the choice of a brand new MG3 3Time or £7,500 cash.
Hospice supporters have once again helped their local charity by raising £51,594 through ticket sales and donations.
The winning ticket, number 507473 from Bentilee, was drawn by Doreen Ashley who won the top prize in the Hospice’s last raffle.
There were also 22 other prizes drawn, including a 2nd prize of £1,000 or trip to Lake Garda and a 3rd prize of £500 cash. To celebrate the DougieMac Lottery’s 20th Anniversary, a further 20 winners were pulled out at random to win £50 cash each.
