5 of our Charity Shops are now open!
We’re pleased to announce that our Burslem, Hanford, Newcastle, Stoke and Meir stores are now open.
However since opening on 7th July we have been very lucky to have been overwhelmed with kind donations which we are so grateful for. Due to the volume of items we have already received in such a short space of time and the storage available in our shops; we are asking our supporters to wait until after the weekend at the earliest before making any further donations to our 5 open stores.
To adhere to safety guidelines, we are quarantining donations received for 72 hours before they can be sorted ready for our customers to purchase. With this in mind we’re asking if you can, please hold on to your items at home for another couple of weeks. This will allow our team to safely sort through the items that have already been donated and keep areas safe for accepting donations.
Thank you to everyone who has been so eager to support Dougie Mac; we hope you understand that it is paramount we protect the safety of our staff and supporters and enable everyone to Work Safely, Shop Safely and Donate Safely.
Due to the high volume of calls we are receiving too our shop numbers are currently being directed to a central, messaged line: 01782 344348 if you need more information.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions our Furniture Collection & Property Clearance Services are temporarily suspended until further notice.
We hope to be able to reinstate these services soon with the appropriate safety controls in place.
If you can, please save your donations until we can safely accept your items. Please do not leave any donations including large items outside of our shops as these are being removed by our local councils and we would not want your donation to go to waste.
In the meantime, if you have any furniture or larger items that you wish to donate via collection, please complete the form below to log your request. This will help us to quickly resume our collection service as soon as it is safe to do so.
We will then be in touch at the end of June to discuss your collection and book a future collection date.
