Around 3,500 people and their families in North Staffordshire access our care services each year. As a locally funded charity, we need your support to continue to provide the high level of care for our patients and their loved ones for which we are renowned.
Step inside Dougie Mac and you’ll find talented people working together to improve the lives of everyone living with life-limiting illnesses.
The work you do will have a direct impact on people’s lives, so if you’re ready to explore your potential, Dougie Mac could be the place for you.
We welcome the Government initiative to improve pay equality by collecting and reporting gender pay data. As an organisation with more than 250 employees Dougie Mac is required to report annually on our gender pay gap.
Dougie Mac also relies heavily on hundreds of local people who volunteer their time across all areas of the hospice, from fundraising event support to aiding hospice staff here at the hospice and out in the local community. One thing all of our volunteers have in common is their enthusiasm to ensure the hospice works effectively to improve the quality of the lives of patients and their families.
